The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds undone. Our cleaning service will strip and remake beds.
Used towels, washcloths, and bath mats can be placed in a laundry basket or the bathtub. Please do not leave wet towels on the floor.
Return the thermostat on the heater next to the front door to 60° prior to leaving. Take the trash out to the can at the end of the drive. You may take your recycling with you using the provided bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing location and property! Plan for extra time to enjoy the view and outdoor area!Excellent communication and help from host! Note: We had to drive an extra 40 minutes to charge EV car, as rapid charging in Alamosa was not operational (despite ChargePoint site saying otherwise)
