Bring your own boat and launch directly from the private on-site ramp or cruise the adjacent bike trails with the home’s four bikes. With a basketball court, pickleball setup, corn hole, and plenty of room to spread out, this retreat is built for making memories.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Expansive tiered deck and patio spaces on a private Boyd Lake property, featuring an outdoor dining area, a fire table, gas grill, large hot tub, and an oversized sectional around a fire pit. Additional highlights include a private boat ramp (bring your own boat), floating dock, basketball court, pickleball setup (net, paddles, balls), cornhole, four bicycles, and an elevated deck with bistro seating.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV in the living room plus one in each bedroom, dining table with seating for 8, breakfast nook for 4, indoor fireplace, vaulted ceilings with skylights, board games, ceiling fans, wine fridge, oversized washer and dryer

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Main-level half bath, 5-piece ensuite primary with soaking tub, and an upstairs full bath. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two car garage and driveway parking

No events, parties, or large gatherings

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

HOT TUB: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

LAYOUT: The main home is fully private for guest use. There is a separate basement unit and a detached ADU on the property with long-term occupants. Indoor spaces are completely separate, though you may occasionally see others outdoors near the driveway, yard, or sport court.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: For the safety of our guests, this property features a camera at the main entrance(s). The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Some outdoor amenities are seasonal and available during summer months only. As this home sits along the edge of Boyd Lake, water levels may fluctuate, and shoreline views vary by season. The property is located on a main road, offering convenient access to the area.
