Located in a quiet yet central area of Radolfzell on Lake Constance, just 150 m from the lakeshore, the modern holiday apartment "Haus Behr am See Nr. 2" impresses with its new, high-quality design. The 55 m² apartment features an open bedroom with TV and a large double bed (180x200), a dining area, and an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed (120x200), all situated in one open-plan space (see photos). There is also a modern bathroom and a kitchen-living room with another dining table.



The apartment accommodates 3 guests and includes WiFi and satellite TV.



In front of the apartment, you will find a courtyard with a garden bench and a table, perfect for relaxing.



The lakeside promenade, harbor, and historic old town are just a 2-minute walk away, offering a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Popular destinations like Konstanz, Reichenau Island, Mainau Island, Stein am Rhein, and Meersburg are within 10–20 km.



Bed linen and towels are included. Please wear slippers inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard. Parties are not allowed. Cars can be parked in a public parking lot, available for an additional fee.



Guests are required to clean the kitchen themselves (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, oven, waste disposal, etc.).



A security deposit must be paid in cash on site to the host and will be refunded on departure if there is no damage. Children aged 6 and above are welcome.
