In the centre of Alassio 5 km from the centre of Albenga, 15 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 8 km from the centre of Albenga, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Alassio" 400 m, sandy beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: muretto Alassio 400 m, isola Gallinara, Giardini villa Pergola 1 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Italian sea front

Gina was excellent with communication, she reached out to us the day before and we arranged to meet to get the keys. She explained the house functions, how the trash works etc. underground pay parking was a 5 minute walk. Cost approx 1.50-2.00 an hour. The apartments location was excellent, walk out the door and you are in the middle of the main shopping and restaurants. The view was beautiful and the apartment was large and modest decor and cooking utensils. It’s functional to cook breakfast and dinners. The balcony was a highlight, we spent lots of time sitting out there sipping coffee and/or wine. We had a lovely vacation here. Gina has a bubbly personality and was very helpful. Shannon

Traumhafte Terrasse, toller Blick!

Geräumige Wohnung in der Fussgängerzone von Alassio. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Strand liegt direkt davor. Super sauber und sehr klares Wasser, ideal auch für Familien. Die Lage und Terrasse war ein Traum. Da der Strand nur 4 Schirmreihen hat, ist man dem Meer sehr, sehr nahe. Die Wohnung hat immens hohe Räume mit Ventilatoren und so konnten wir trotz Hitzewelle gut schlafen. Kostenlose Parkplätze fanden wir ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch für Bahnreisende sehr empfehlenswert.

Quasi perfetto

Posizione ottima in pieno centro con la vista spettacolare fronte mare, due passi dal molo di Alassio e vicino alla stazione. Come ho scritto nel titolo che è quasi perfetta perché manca aria condizionata, dovevamo dormire con le finestre aperte e come la casa in centro, ovviamente c'è tanto rumore, e un altra pecca è la mancanza di armadi. Comunque abbiamo passato bella vacanza.

Bellissima vacanza con bimbi

Appartamento bellissimo e molto comodo per una vacanza al mare (più che altro con bimbi piccoli). Solo pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Casa pulita e accogliente, molto spaziosa. L'unico difetto: cucina poco attrezzata. Consiglio: mettere a disposizione un seggiolone per bambini.

Soggiorno ad Alassio

La vista sul mare meravigliosa e la posizione sono i punti di forza di questa abitazione. Appartamento spazioso con tutto il necessario, ingresso indipendente ottimo anche per lasciare giochi spiaggia e passeggino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il check in e check out con la sig.ra Susanna sono stati perfetti, pulizia eccellente.
