In the splendid setting of Alassio, the Holiday Apartment "ESEDRA" has
brand new apartments equipped with the best living standards, to give our guests an unforgettable stay. Generous spaces and fine finishes are the characteristics that distinguish us. Air conditioning, wifi, low emission double glazed windows, external insulation, washer dryer, dishwasher, ironing set, 40 "LED TV. Private parking (not included).
This three-room apartment (60sqm) on the ground floor consists of a large living area with double sofa bed, 40 "LED TV and table for six people.
The kitchen corner is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
There are two bedrooms: one large double with king size bed and one twin with two single beds and private bathroom with laundry. A main bathroom with shower, located between the two bedrooms, completes the apartment.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, molto pulito e curato oltre ad essere molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Gentilissimi il signor Lorenzo e sua sorella sempre disponibili a rispondere ad ogni nostra necessità, ci siamo sentiti come a casa, è stato un piacere conoscere persone meravigliose come loro. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Отдыхал с семьёй в июле 2018. Очень рад что удалось найти эту квартиру, описание полностью соответствует. Это новый четырехэтажный дом, по две квартиры на этаже в разных планировках (на первом этаже балконов нет). Расположен в тихом переулке. До пляжа 150-200 метров. Хозяин живет там же, всегда готов во всем помочь. Семья осталась довольна!!!

The ESEDRA House

Space and livability are among the concepts that guided us, through the complete and radical restructuring of a pre-existing structure. The comfort of the rooms, the quality of the finishes and the attention to detail have been the common thread in the creation of some nice apartments with a modern and functional taste, equipped with the best living standards in the area of ​​hospitality.



The interventions of thermal and acoustic insulation, together with an efficient solar thermal system that provides the total need for domestic hot water, allowed a much higher internal comfort, together with a notable reduction in energy consumption.
This is why class A household appliances, LED lighting and air conditioning / heating systems with heat pumps have been chosen.

Casa Esedra is located in a central but quiet area; this allows our guests to comfortably walk to the beaches, the promenade and the "Budello", the true heart of the city. The train station is about 700 meters, moreover, for those arriving by car, the private parking is a real and indispensable comfort.
