From the moment you step inside the main living level, you’re greeted by soaring ceilings, a wall of curved windows framing the landscape, and a warm, inviting living space including a gas fireplace. The open-concept design connects the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen, creating a perfect setting for group dinners, morning coffee with a view, or evenings spent watching the sunset over the red rocks.

Step outside onto the expansive upper terrace and you’ll find comfortable seating areas, a fire pit, and outdoor dining space — the perfect place to unwind under Sedona’s famous star-filled skies.

Downstairs, the home features a movie theater room, kitchenette, and an additional guest suite — creating separate spaces where everyone can relax and recharge.

The home is designed across two separate levels, each offering its own unique spaces for relaxing and entertaining.

Main floor is the upper level, as you enter this floor, the open-concept living room welcomes you with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a dramatic wall of curved windows that frame Sedona’s red rock scenery. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a large chef’s kitchen with a curved island, bar seating, stainless appliances, skylights, and plenty of room for preparing meals together.

Just outside, the expansive upper terrace offers multiple seating areas, outdoor dining, and beautiful panoramic views — perfect for morning coffee or evenings under Sedona’s star-filled sky.

The main level includes four bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, private terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional king bedrooms both have access to a bright sunroom, ideal for yoga, reading, or quiet relaxation. Both of these rooms come with a TV as well. An additional queen bedroom with a walk-in closet provides another comfortable guest space. A shared full bathroom and a half bath are located on this floor.

The lower level: Here you’ll find the dedicated movie theater room, and a convenient kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, and counter space for snacks and drinks.

This level also features three additional guest suites. The first has two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, making it a great space for families or groups traveling together. This bedroom has direct access to the lower level deck space. The next bedroom features a king sized bed and access to a shared hallway bath. The last bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed. This bedroom also shared the downstairs hallway bath. The lower level also has a powder bathroom.

Outdoor spaces continue on the lower level with a hot tub, fire pit, and yard area, creating another relaxing spot to unwind after a day exploring Sedona!
Guests will have access to the entire property except for locked supply cabinets. Guests will not have access to the elevator on the property.

We are available remotely 24/7 and in-person as needed.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.

Pool can be heated all year around with $100/day fee. (Minimum 3 night required)
