Both the city center and the enchanting lake promenade can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. Using high-quality materials, the spacious two-room apartment meets upscale demands for a stylish apartment residence. On about 52 m² the apartment offers a light-flooded room concept ideal for families up to 4 persons. The modern apartment with a view of the garden is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and a high chair on request.

In about 12 minutes walk you can reach the historic old town of Meersburg with the picturesque waterfront promenade, numerous restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking Lake Constance. You can reach the lido and the thermal baths after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km). Meersburg is the ideal starting point to explore the western part of Lake Constance. A ferry will take you to the lively and versatile university town of Constance in just a few minutes. For guests who want to enjoy their vacation without their vehicle, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Pros: Die Nähe zum Ort Meersburg und den Bodensee. Cons: Man ist durch die bergig Landschaft gezwungen ein Auto mitzunehmen um am See zu laufen. Die Gebühren für Parkplätze sind recht hoch.
