Welcome to our beachy second story flat in Costa Mesa, as long-term guests. Private steps lead to a large deck with views of trees and sunsets over rooftops. Enjoy dinner at the patio table or lounge at the bistro set. Inside, guests will find a comfy sitting area with a fireplace to warm you up on cooler nights. Central heat is also available. You will have everything you need to have meals at home. Double doors lead to a large bedroom with a queen bed perfect for restful nights. There is a small sofa and a desk area in the bedroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in closet, shower and counter area with an artesian ceramic sink. The bathroom is clean and functional, plus it is stocked with linens and towels, making your stay comfortable and easy.
This space has a great vibe and invites guests to relax and unwind in a bright, welcoming environment. Fall in love with Costa Mesa and enjoy the coastal community it has to offer. We are 3 miles from the beach and down the street from the bay! Enjoy great coffee spots and fantastic restaurants all within a few miles. Bike and running trails are within a 1/4 mile. We are close to numerous hospitals, business centers, shopping and we have easy freeway access.
