"Casa La Perla" is a stylish, bright and modern holiday villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining areas, 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. This property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include satellite/smart TV, WiFi, A/C (living room and 2 bedrooms) and fans (in the other rooms).
The private outdoor area of this villa is really special. Glass doors open straight onto the terrace with a lounge area (covered & uncovered) complete with garden furniture where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the sea. Spend the day dipping in and out of your private pool (6x3m), and make use of the outdoor shower. Cook evening meals on the BBQ and watch the sunset.
Cala del Moraig is just 5-minutes by car (2 km).
The nearest bars, restaurants and cafes are a 3-6 minute drive (2-4 km).
The nearest supermarket is 5-minutes by car (3 km).
Alicante Airport is an hour and 10 minutes by car (96 km).
Pets are not allowed on this property.
Bed linens and towels are available for an extra fee.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for a fee.
Parking is available both on-site and on the street.
Heating available from 01/01 to 30/04 and from 01/11 to 31/12.

Mooie woning, voorzien van alle gemakken (zeker in de keuken). Het uitzicht is hier echt geweldig.
