The huge kitchen leads from the living room via the family dining table. The kitchen is light and airy with a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything the modern family or experienced chef could need. The bedrooms are split over the main ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor you have a spacious king size bedroom and family shower room, with clean modern lines throughout and perfect for more elderly guests or those with mobility problems. Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The master king size bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and a large private balcony with stylish lounge furniture to relax on. There are 2 more king size bedrooms, one of which also has use of a private balcony and a twin bedroom. All of which share the large family bathroom with separate bath. Outside you have a lovely outdoor terrace (Naya) area, covered from the sun, with additional dining and a summer kitchen with fridge, sink, BBQ and service bar. Outside, the villa has a cool modern feel with beautiful landscaped gardens and is completely private. In the summer with the doors open onto the living area it floods with light and a gentle breeze, while giving open views of the whole pool area. The extensive landscaped gardens with lemon, orange and olive trees provide a beautiful setting with a Balinese hammock and a designated seating area for any smokers in the party. Outside you have a ping pong table and trampoline for the more active guests and the gardens lead down to the parking with off road parking for 3 cars. Heavenly is situated in the centre of a quiet urbanization on a flat plot. There are extensive family activities in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resort town of Moraira offers a fantastic range shops, bars and restaurants and there are a number of beaches within 10 minutes drive. The centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is a real joy to stroll down to and no problem to hire a taxi back, a car is recommended when staying at this villa but it is not essential.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moraira there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.
A security damage deposit is payable 7 days before arrival by bank transfer and will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days of departure following a satisfactory check of the facilities at the property.
