Everything was great! From booking, to check-in and the entire stay! Location is great with lots of amenities for the whole family. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and things you will need to cook through the week, so you barely have to leave the house!

The property had plenty of space, all necessities and was so close to the beach! The new owner was very kind and communicated promptly. We hit a snag with our booking due to change of ownership and the new owner was very helpful. The ambiance of the outside dining next to the pool was perfect. Would definitely vacation here again.

Loved and enjoyed the stay, will definitely be renting it out next year!!

I loved the stay, the beach is walking distance we watched the firework from the balcony, The pool was nice for the kids. It was clean and cozy definitely renting it out again next year the neighborhood was friendly as well. Just over all a perfect stay !!!!

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was great and sleep so many very comfortably! It is close enough to all main attractions but off the main drag. Only a quick drive to harborwalk. So much to see and do in Destin this is an amazing home for large groups. Love that the kitchen came with plenty of dishes and the gas grill was a plus for our group also!

There were some issues with the property such as the air conditioning not working and the locks on the property being difficult to open but the hosts replied quickly to all concerns and resolved them. The home was beautiful and we loved the location.

Beautiful Location with All Amenities

We enjoyed this property so much, it is a perfect location to the beach, into town, and to the harbor. The shuttle service to the beach was so accommodating and convenient, wonderful kitchen amenities, and a beautiful pool in the backyard to also be enjoyed. We had wonderful communication with the property owners. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Beach trip

adorable spacious home located in a beautiful gated community with private beach access. The home came equipped with everything we needed. The large front balcony with swings was the best! Host was very communicative and accommodating our early check in request. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay and would definitely recommend this property to others! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and enjoy our vacation comfortably.Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool, and we really enjoyed having access to both private beaches, which were just a short walk away. The community pools were great, and the infinity pool overlooking the Gulf was our favorite amenity. The bikes were a nice bonus, and we also enjoyed spending time at the pickleball and basketball courts.Our only minor complaint was that there were not enough towels provided for a larger group. Each guest had only one bath towel and one beach towel for the week.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Thank you for helping our family create wonderful vacation memories!

The house was perfect! Everything was very clean. We felt safe in the gated community. The beach access was a short walk away from the house. the heated pool was one of my favorite amenities! Wonderful weekend getaway!

Our stay in the McCullar home was wonderful! From the communication with Jordan, cleanliness of the home, to the location- we couldn't ask for much more! We were in the perfect spot- only minutes away from the Harbour via water taxi or Uber. We also loved having the pool to cool off in after a long day at the beach. Thank you Jordan and family for everything! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful retreat

This home was absolutely perfect for our large extended family. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 10-14 for a 4th of July vacation. Great location and home. The individual lower and upper level entrances worked well with my family. The pool heater worked great and we enjoyed the pool every day even though some days were a bit chilly.The on-site pools and tennis court were great as well, though the tennis court could use some updating.Thanks again!

Perfect Location & Exceptional Service

As someone who is familiar with Destin and surrounding areas, I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed at a more perfect location. The house had great coastal charm and was more than accommodating for a group of 8. It even came stocked with beach towels. Communication with the owner was seamless, and the check-out process was simple and straightforward. We are already talking about booking again!

Best Family Trip to Date!

I can not say enough about how much my family and I were blessed during our stay. I know that there's a business side to reserving vacation spaces, but our host, Jordan, was so sweet, personal, and attentive to our needs. Property was beautiful, plenty of beds. 2 king bedrooms top floor, each with baths, one of those bathrooms sharing for everyone. Another kids bunk room on 3rd floor Downstairs with one queen, one room with 2 twin beds. Another living and small kitchen. Nice to hv 2 fridges at house. Upstairs kitchen had everything we needed. Loved there were 2 separate living spaces. We had teens with us and nice for them to hv hang out. Nice pool area, loved swing on porch. Jennifer was great at communicating with us. Had issue with tram service, she offered to replace with alternative service. We just ended up making due.Very nice about it. Overall very good stay, would recommend even without shuttle service. Thx Jennifer for a relaxing visit!
