Destin Point on Holiday Isle is a private, gated island community located in the heart of Destin's Harbor District. It features gated security, 3,000 feet of deeded beach access to 2 private beaches, seasonal shuttle service to and from the beach, 2 community pools, 2 lakes, and 2 tennis courts. You also are near great restaurants, boating, shopping, and entertainment!
Our home features a landscaped private pool area paired with gas grill and dining area - perfect for relaxing afternoons. To top it off, you'll unwind on a charming wraparound porch, fully equipped for your getaway.
Bringing little ones? We have a highchair and pack-in-play with mattress to make traveling with children just a little bit easier.
Our home is cleaned by professional housekeepers and quality inspected before each arrival.
*Starter Pack includes basic travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
BEACH ACCESS - There are 2 private beaches. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent or you're welcome to bring our 4 beach chairs from the house. Beach towels are provided.
INFINITY POOL OVERLOOKING THE GULF - This community pool overlooks a private beach for guests and homeowners of Destin Pointe. The views are amazing!
SHUTTLE - There is a seasonal private shuttle (March 2 - October 31) that will pick you up at the house and take you to and from the beach. There also are loading/unloading parking spots near the beach entrance.
KITCHEN - The large kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, a Keurig Duo Brewer, and all appliances to enjoy your stay.
LIVING & DINING ROOM - The living room boasts large French doors that open up directly to the front porch, which is great for indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating with a large dining table, bar stools, sofas, etc.
BEDROOMS & BEDS -
*Bedroom 1 features a king bed, private en suite, and a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool (upstairs)
*Bedroom 2 features a king bed with a full bath (upstairs)
*Bedroom 3 is a twin bunkroom with a full bath (upstairs)
*Bedroom 4 features a queen bed with direct pool access. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5 (downstairs)
*Bedroom 5 is a twin over full bunkroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4 (downstairs)
*A full-size sleeper sofa is in the downstairs living area/gameroom.
GAMEROOM - The gameroom includes an arcade game and a multi-functional table with ping pong and pool.
LAUNDRY - There is a stackable washer and dryer available for your convenience.
BACKYARD - There is a private backyard with a pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and gas grill.
PRIVATE POOL - Absolutely no unattended children or glass in the pool area. The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the pool. The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during high season (March - September) and on Mondays the remainder of the year.
REFUND POLICY - There are NO REFUNDS allowed for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the hosts' control.
PARKING - 4 cars max. Parking passes will be provided upon arrival at the security gate. Please do not park on the street. Please note that RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the community. Storage facilities and local marinas are close by for your convenience. Please plan accordingly.
SMOKING POLICY - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any damage.
QUIET HOURS - As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (10pm to 10am) are strictly enforced by the community of Destin Pointe. Violation of any noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS - Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy for the house is 14 individuals, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host. A breach of this rule will also result in the guests being asked to leave the house.
PARTIES/EVENTS - Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
AGE LIMIT - Must be 25 years or older to rent the house.
