Located in Phelps, enjoy what this 5-bedroom One of a kind Double A-Frame Chalet has to offer. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, providing a soothing retreat after a day of adventure. With five bathrooms, guests find plenty of space to refresh, including showers and bathtubs for a relaxing soak. The interior stays pleasant year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or gathering with friends, this gorgeous chalet creates a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The 8-car garage will be transformed into a Game Room. The Game Room will have a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table and a large bar with bar stools.

The pavement in front of the garage will have a marked basketball court and pickleball court.

The 8 acre estate has its private Boat Launch and Boat Dock on Kildare Lake.

Enjoy the beautiful Sunsets on Kildare lake.
Lac Vieux Desert which is directly across the street from the property. The boat launch is also near by.

Wonderful stay!There were 11 of us for our annual "week up north" and we are so happy with our stay on Kildare Lake. The house is beautiful and the host, Mark, very accommodating. The fishing is amazing and provided 3 dinners of bass, walleye, and bluegills. We spent many fun hours playing bags, pool, ping-pong, air hockey, and ladder golf (actually ran out of time for foosball). This is in addition to kayaking and many card games on the large balcony overlooking the lake. There is plenty to do and plenty of room for everyone!Please note that this side of the lake has a generous amount of lily pads, many of which had lovely white blooms. So, for swimming, there is a very nice, small beach at the Lac Vieux Desert Campground (less than 2 miles away). It's clear water with a shallow, sandy swimming area marked off for kids and a shaded grassy area with picnic tables.

We have been renting Vrbo’s for over 15 years and we finally decided to take what we’ve learned and offer a much better, cleaner, unique vacation property for families to make memories for years to come.

Custom built Double Frame on Kildare Lake on 7 acres of property. Private estate with long driveway. Includes an 8-car Garage Game Room with all the tables and games. Private boat launch and boat dock. Private Sauna on property as well.
