During your stay, you reported concerns regarding pest activity. We immediately contacted the condominium association, as pest control services for the building are managed through them. Unfortunately, there was a delay in their scheduling, and the treatment was not completed before your departure. We understand how frustrating this was and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
