The bedroom, which has a double bed (200 x 200 cm), includes a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The living room also has 2 large closets. The south-facing balcony with a panoramic view is accessible from both rooms and is furnished with 2 chairs, a small dining table, and a parasol. The apartment includes a carport. Wonderful walking and hiking trails begin right in the Blindau area. Hikers can set out on many hiking routes directly from the house, such as to the Hindenburghütte, Oberhemmersuppenalm, Eggenalm, Straubinger Haus, and Winklmoosalm. The hiking areas of the Kitzbühel Alps, Wilder Kaiser, and the Berchtesgadener Land are about 30 to 40 minutes away. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and one of Bavaria’s longest toboggan runs are just 100 metres away. The Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte ski areas are just a few minutes away.
