Contact us anytime between 8 AM and 10 PM. We typically respond within 1-2 hours during these hours, often much faster.
For after-hours emergencies (10 PM - 8 AM), we provide an emergency contact number for urgent issues only (no heat, water leak, lockout, etc.).

Unit 203 is located on the second floor of the building. Please note:
- There are stairs at the main building entrance
- One additional flight of stairs to reach the second floor
- There is no elevator in this historic building
The second-floor location offers advantages: you're elevated above street level, providing treetop views and reduced noise compared to ground-floor units. The views from your windows - especially the primary bedroom overlooking King Street - are worth every step.
SELF CHECK-IN
We offer convenient self check-in via keypad entry on your unit door - no need to coordinate schedules or wait for a key handoff.
Approximately 48 hours before your arrival, you'll receive:

Detailed entry instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before your arrival. You'll receive your personal keypad code and step-by-step directions to your unit.
