Villa "Casa Maravilla" with Mountain and Sea Views and Private Pool

The villa "Casa Maravilla" is in the perfect location for a beach break to Benitachell, Alicante. Ideal for bringing families and friends together, this villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen (complete with a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto), a living/dining area, 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. Additional amenities include a large-screen HD TV, Dvd player, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room.

The outdoor area is complete with a large private pool (pool heating is available from March until October), sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Spend the day relaxing outside and enjoy the impressive mountain and sea views to be seen from the terrace. There is a covered dining area next to the kitchen with a BBQ where you can enjoy home-cooked meals and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains. There are also ample shaded areas for children to play in.

The nearest beach, Cala Moraig, is just a 5-minute drive away (2 km). Bars, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within 3 to 5 minutes by car (2–5 km), while the closest supermarket is a 7-minute drive (3.6 km). Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes away by car (96 km).

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

There will be an extra fee for this depending on the time of the year to be paid on-site.

Full gas central heating available for winter lets.

There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying area.

Excellent house and location. Clean house and pool

Pros: The children loved the pool which was well maintained. The house was clean and the outside area spacious. Cons: The breaker for power did cut-off when several AC´s were running at the same time. As we used the grill every day, we found that the grill could need some improvement in order to be easier to handle.

The scenic view from the Villa is breath taking and the luxury of a heated swimming pool tops it off. Highly recommended can’t wait for our next visit

Pros: We stayed at the end of May and had an excellent time. The villa is lovely and has all the features you would expect of a modern, high quality house in the sun (well-equipped kitchen, air con, good bathrooms, big bedrooms, plenty of outside furniture). The pool is great, with plenty of room for swimming and playing. The orientation of the patio and pool is perfect, it gets the sun all day long - sea views are fab too! Cannot recommend this enough.

Pros: Twelve of us spent a wonderful fortnight at Casa Maravilla. The villa is very spacious, well appointed and very well equipped. Wi-fi speed was excellent. TV package was very varied and of excellent quality. Airconditioning throughout was a major bonus. As the property is south-facing, we could enjoy sunshine from early morning until late evening. Supermarkets and restaurants were located a short drive from the villa. We will certainly consider a return and will be recommending the villa to friends and other family members.

Pros: My family and I shared our holiday of two weeks this Summer with close friends. We were a group of eleven in total made up of five adults and six children, with children's ages ranging from nine years to late teens. We are so glad we chose this villa as our home for the fortnight. We have been holidaying and renting in Spain and France for many years. This is by far the best equipped villa we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The large pool was deliciously warm. All bedrooms were very spacious with great quality bed mattresses and pillows. The villa has three refigerators which provide excellent storage for fresh foods and a wide variety of drinks. The wi-fi coverage is first class; faster than in the majority of the houses we have rented in the past. The TV package is very varied, offering something for all of us; sport, movies, children's cartoons and films, aswell as all UK terrestrial channels. Communicating with the owner was always easy; any quastions or issues were responded to and dealt with with speed and efficiciency. We will definitely return to Casa Maravilla in the future.

Pros: Every two years for the last ten years our extended family (consisting of three separate families) have been fortunate enough to manage to co-ordinate all getting away together for one week of the year during the school summer holidays. Each time we have tried to find a villa capable of accomodating all twelve of us comfortably in a property that has the facilities and is in a location that ticks all the boxes required for guests who ages range from 7 to 62 - no easy task!!!!!! Well.............this year we found one in Casa Maravilla!!! From now on the nigh on impossible task of trying to select a villa that everyone agrees on when organising the holiday.................is thankfully a thing of the past!!! I recall it being only the second night of this years stay in Casa Maravilla when all twelve of us were sitting having diner outside on the pool area terrace that it was unanimously agreed that we book Casa Maravilla again for our next holiday together. We have never before stayed at the same villa twice - however, i cannot now foresee a situation that we will ever stay anywhere else. Leaving reviews, admittedly is not something that we have done before (but probably should have!). Although we have never had a bad experience with any previous holiday villas selected, we have certainly never had such a good experience that we did this year. Family holiday time together is so scarce and precious that naturally you want everything to be perfect. Casa Maravilla provided us with this 'perfection'. We would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Maravilla in everyway. Many thanks to Tim & Fiona (the owners of the villa) for everything.
