Villa Nayalmar: Beautiful Villa With Heated Pool and Breathtaking Views Of Sea

Wonderful villa with beautiful sea views and heated pool in the sought after urbanization El Tosalet in Javea, Costa Blanca. During the winter season (from October to end of April) we also make the villa available with only 5 of the bedrooms /4 bathrooms for a reduced rate. The villa is perfect for extended families, and the pool fence gives extra security for the smallest guests we have.

Traditional Spanish villa in a tranquil residential area about 5 minutes from the sea. It is ideal for an extended family or up to 4 families vacationing together. A large traditional covered terrace, called 'naya', of over 65sqm with breathtaking views of the sea and an elephant shaped mountain called Montgo invites everyone to hang out and enjoy the wonderful weather in Javea. The Naya has a large dining table, as well as different lounge areas for up to 15 people. A unique architectural detail of this villa is the stone seating bench carved along the naya arches, which make for beautiful opportunities to seat out and enjoy the breeze. The higher position of the villa offers an evening breeze that is most enjoyable after spending the day down on the beach.

The inside of the house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. It retains the original character of Javea through details such as Tosca arches, wooden beams, and beautiful wood carved doors. All of the bathrooms have recently been remodeled. The large kitchen allows for multiple people to cook at the same time. It is fully equipped with a gas/vitro ceramic cook top combination, large gourmet oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, small appliances and three fridges, providing enough capacity for large groups. All bedrooms in the house have new AC units with remote climate control.

A second large patio is located behind the house off the kitchen with a summer kitchen and a large wood BBQ. A traditional stone bench and dining tables provide a second dining area to enjoy outdoor living. There are a total of four dining areas in the house, including kitchen, dining room, naya and outdoor patio.

The garden is beautifully landscaped and a large tosca-stone terrace surrounds the pool, which can be heated in the off-season. The pool includes a "spa" area where the adults can lie in the sun, and the littlest ones can plunge around. If desired, a pool fence can installed for the duration of your stay to keep the little ones safe. The pool is cleaned regularly.

- Lounge area with TV and Sony Playstation
- Newly remodeled bathroom with large walk-in shower
- Extra bathroom with toilet and shower off garage

Outdoor space:
- Very large covered terrace 'Naya' with large dining table for up to 15 people, and several different sitting areas.
- Beautiful views of the sea and the Montgo mountain
- A separate patio with space for up to 10 people
- An outdoor kitchen with large BBQ
- Private garden
- Kidney shaped swimming pool with spa beach area and large terrace surrounding it.

Our villa is best suited for families, so in general we allow a maximum of 12 occupants over 12 years of age.

Javea trip

The villa was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The naya was excellent for large groups to eat together and to spend time in the evenings. The property is in a quiet residential area well away from shops and restaurants so a car is essential.Javea is a wonderful place for a family holiday. We will be back!

Fantastic location, gorgeous villa

This is a fantastic villa! The house is beautifully furnished and really comfortable for large groups. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Loved the terrace with its wonderful views of Javea. The location is very quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops. We loved the pool and great to have the gate for kids. Hope to be back again.

Excellent villa for a holiday with friends

We are regular visitors to Javea. We always look for a villa with a heated pool late October. The villa is an excellent size with the best Naya we have seen! The outdoor kitchen/bbq was excellent and we stayed in more of an evening because of this facility. Everything we needed was there, and the villa is in a good location close to the supermarkets and Arenal. We will be back again.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful family holiday in Javea. Everything is provided for you at the villa. We arranged our own bus transport to and from the airport. Everyone loved spending time at the pool. Javea is about 10 minutes drive, you will need transport to get there. Plenty of really lovely bars and restaurants and very family friendly. Would highly recommend booking this villa for a large group or a couple of families.

Wonderful holiday Villa!

Finally, after an enforced delay due to Covid, we spent a fabulous week at the villa. Adults, children and toddlers (12 in total) fitted easily into the property and were well catered for. Views are stunning, pool excellent and the facilities cater for everyone. The owner and the villa manager have both been very helpful and nothing has been a problem. The villa is a good family holiday property where you feel you can relax and enjoy your time in Javea.

I can't say enough about how great this villa is - we had children aged from 2-8 and it was suitable for all. the pool was fab, and easy to corden off in the evenings. plenty of space and well equipped. we all had such lovely time. a car is recommended if you intend to explore the area, but the taxi service is fairly reliable - although be prepared to wait a little if you are travelling as a group by taxi. would definitely book again.

Beautiful villa for a large group

We had an incredible stay at Villa Nayalmar. I stayed here with 11 friends, and we were all amazed by the size and comfort of the villa. I have never stayed in a holiday property which is so well equipped for large groups. There was ample crockery and cutlery, and three fridges, which made self catering very easy. The pool was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the fact there were big parasols to shelter from the sun and a jacuzzi feature at the end of the pool. Highly recommended.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful time at the villa as a party of 6 children and 7 adults. It was spacious and extremely well equpped and the views from the terrace were absolutely stunning. We ate outside most evenings and the sunsets were beautiful. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and we really appreciated our little welcome care package after a very early arrival flight. The owner Christian was very quick to respond to questions and we found the online guide very helpful for restaurant recommendations. The area of Javea is perfect for families and we would definitely return.

We stayed here for a family holiday in a party of 17. The villa is very well equipped and was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. The best feature is the long terrace which is amazing; we spent many evenings here watching the sunset here. Out the back, there is gas burner and outside kitchen with a lovely additional seating area where we cooked our own paella. The pool is great for children, as there is a shallow end and Roman steps. The property manager was very helpful when we were out there and the owner was also very helpful prior to the stay and responded to our queries promptly. Thanks for a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this villa to other families!

Superb property

We were a multi generational group of 14 people (8 adults & 6 children aged 8 yrs to 10 months). The property was split across 3 floors so allowed each family group to have their own space. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The pool was even better than the photos had depicted and was thoroughly enjoyed by children and adults alike. The shallow area was particularly good for the young kids. The Naya provided wonderful views out to sea and over the mountain with a great sunset. This was our main area for eating and socialising, with plenty of room for the children to safely run around and play. The outside kitchen was also well used and a great addition. A car is a must as it is a quiet residential area but supermarkets are only 10 mins away. Our only slight issue was the lack of sufficient hot water but we know that the owner, is already looking into this. Overall a truly fantastic stay, highly recommended and one that we would happily use again.

Lovely Holiday in Javea

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in Christian’s beautiful villa in Javea. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within 5-10 minutes drive of Arenal Beach, Granadella Beach and a number of supermarkets and restaurants. The pool was a favorite feature with jets in the shallow end and plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax on floats. We paid a bit extra for it to be heated and are thrilled we did! The villa also provides a number of pool accessories like noodles, floats, diving sticks, balls, etc. The view from the top deck area is absolutely gorgeous overlooking both mountains and sea. And the outdoor bbq and seating area is perfect for evening sundowners as it’s one of the last areas of the house to get sun at the end of the day. We cooked paella and bbq almost every night out there. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. We had 8 adults and 6 children during our stay and all fit comfortably within the villa’s 7 bedrooms. Check in was a breeze as was checkout and Christian and Louise were both very attentive and accommodating to our needs. HIGHLY recommend renting this villa out for any holiday in Javea!!

Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad . Een heel mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien . We misten alleen een kleine koelkast bij t zwembad vandaar dat we die zelf hebben gekocht en achter gelaten en idd we waren te lui om naar boven te lopen, zwembad was ook super alleen is ie alleen maar bij t begin schoongemaakt en toen wij weg gingen en met 15 pers waaronder 2 babys misschien toch 1 x extra verder niets te klagen en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar communicatie met eigenaar en beheerder ook top

Fabulous holiday

Following our disappointment last year at not being able to stay at this superb villa we were really grateful that the host simply transferred our booking to this year at no extra cost. The villa was spacious, exceptionally well equipped and with lots of little extras. The property manager Louise was really helpful and flexible. She also ensured the odd problem was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We would love to come again next year but see that you are already booked! Grandios! Jederzeit wieder!

Das Haus ist super schön! Wir waren mit einer 12 köpfigen Gruppe (darunter 4 Kinder zw. 11-13) für eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufteilung des Hauses, die Ausstattung (inkl. Küche/Grill/Pool/Bäder) sowie die großzügigen Räume sind perfekt; das Highlight ist zweifelsohne die wundervolle Terrasse mit super Ausblick in alle Richtungen und Abendsonne. Die Lage in einem schön angelegten Villenviertel oberhalb von Javea erfordert ein Auto; die Strände, die Innenstadt von Javea sowie diverse Supermärkte und Restaurants sind aber innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war unkompliziert und hat prima funktioniert. Insgesamt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful villa and pool , with unforgettable views. Perfect for large family groups.

Our family group of 15 have recently returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Nayalmar. The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and within easy reach of everything. 5 minute drive to large supermarkets , and 10 minute drive to the sandy Arenal beach at Javea. Javea has a great beachfront with promenade, shops, market stalls and a fantastic choice of restaurants. The villa itself is beautiful, and very well equipped throughout. The 3 fridge freezers are perfect for large groups such as ours. The pool area is wonderful and very private. The pool a good size and was great for children as there is a shallow part for them to play in. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ and seating area is a fantastic space for evening meals. In my opinion the crowning glory of this property is the outstanding and huge "Naya" which is a wonderful space to dine and chill out. The massive table could seat all 15 of us which was fantastic as we could all eat together, and the views from the Naya are amazing. It was so helpful that beach/pool towels were provided for all of us , and the beach umbrellas are another great idea for days out. The large driveway could accommodate 2/3 of our cars and there was also plenty of roadside parking outside the villa. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Christian the owner was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and easy to contact with any questions about the villa , as was Louise who is also always easily contactable if you have any queries during your stay. I highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a lovely private space, within easy reach of Javea.

Beautiful house and perfect pool area. We all really enjoyed it. Some of bedrooms in need of upgrading. A car is a must as cannot walk anywhere due to location and narrow roads with no pavements. Javea is perfect for families as plenty to do.

Why they chose this property

My wife used to spend her summers in Javea as a child, and she has many wonderful memories. Her grandparents retired in Javea, and their house used to be very close to our property. Both her family and ourselves have spent many summers in Javea, always renting someone else's house or staying in hotels. The main reason for buying this property was to have our extended family enjoy the wonderful town of Javea all together and in our own house.

What makes this property unique

The first thing that made us fall in love with with the villa Nayalmar is the large outdoor patio, called Naya. It has enough space for several groups of people to hang out together and in groups, and has breathtaking views over the sea and the local mountain called Montgo. While the house has been tastefully upgraded, it retains many of the original details, such as beautifully carved doors, and stone arches made from the local Tosca stone.

We try to cater to extended families or multiple families traveling together, and we love having children at our villa.
