The modern living room features a cosy couch area with a flat-screen TV and a dining area by the window.

There is a separate bedroom (with a sliding glass door) featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan for hot days.
The separate children’s room features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), and a high chair is also available.

The beautiful built-in kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bright bathroom features a shower stall and a toilet.

The renovated balcony has seating; from here, you’ll enjoy a great view to the east.

During the peak booking season from June through September, consecutive-night stays are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Enquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by lift.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the holiday park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
A large car park is located at the rear of the holiday park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
