Rauchfrei Wohnung total verraucht!

Es gab nur einen einzigen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, keine Toiletten Schlüssel. Geschirr mussten wir neu spülen usw. Das schlimmste für uns war: Wir wollten eine Rauchfreie Wohnung mieten und haben das Gegenteil bekommen. Das alles habe ich auch sofort gemeldet, aber man konnte oder wollte uns nicht helfen. Das war unser 3. Besuch an der Ostsee aber wahrscheinlich auch der LETZTE.
