A bright and cheerfully furnished apartment for 4 people on the 6th floor with a west-facing balcony and a stunning view over the nature reserve towards the lighthouse and the Baltic Sea.

From the hallway, you enter the living area directly.

Before that, however, you’ll find the modern bathroom with a toilet and a glass shower stall (high threshold).

The bright, tiled living area, featuring a three-seater and two-seater couch, an LCD TV, a DVD player, and an integrated dining area right by the window, guarantees relaxation.

The sleeping area, separated from the living room and accessible from the hallway, is furnished with a double bed (90×200 cm each).

The children’s room is separated from the living area by a separate door and features a bunk bed (each 90×200 cm).

The large, open kitchen area features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The dining area is located directly in the living area by the window.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these charges later and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by lift.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the holiday center’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the more than 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the holiday park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any space. In front of the houses, you’ll find short-term parking (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
