In this 45-square-meter holiday apartment, which is fully equipped with laminate flooring, you and your whole family will feel right at home!<br><br>Your 3-room holiday home welcomes you in the entryway with a coat rack and a 5-door closet featuring a large mirror. Here, all guests will find plenty of space for their suitcases and travel bags.<br><br>From the hallway, you’ll find the en suite shower room, which stands out thanks to its modern stone mosaic design. A towel warmer, a shower with a shower door, a large sink with a vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer round out the amenities.<br><br>From the hallway, you can also access the separate master bedroom with a cosy double bed (160 cm × 200 cm / twin mattresses) and a linen chest. <br>In the living area, a comfortable L-shaped couch provides space for cosy evenings. For your entertainment, a 55-inch smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Wi-Fi, a compact stereo system, and books are available. <br><br>The L-shaped kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of cooking utensils. <br>The large dining table by the window offers space for shared meals, planning the next day of your holiday, and lively conversations. <br><br>In the children’s bedroom, young Baltic Sea holidaymakers can sleep on either the top or bottom bunk of the loft bed (90 cm × 200 cm) to enjoy peaceful nights during their holiday. <br>Curtains on all windows ensure privacy. <br><br>From the furnished balcony, you can look out onto the well-maintained courtyard of the holiday complex.<br><br>All guests receive a gate pass and a corresponding parking permit for private parking space No. 5.<br><br>A separate, lockable room is available free of charge for your bicycles!<br><br>No smoking. <br><br>Pets are not allowed in this apartment.<br><br>!!!
