Beautiful, cosy holiday rental "Meermomente"<br><br>This modern, bright apartment is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. The living area features laminate flooring, a leather couch, armchairs, a large TV, and Wi-Fi.<br>The separate sleeping area has a double bed, and the separate children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed and a TV.<br>The bathroom with a shower has new, modern tile flooring. <br>The kitchen features, among other things, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. <br><br>A parking space is available in the immediate vicinity; unfortunately, pets are not allowed! <br><br>For the protection of all our guests, this is a non-smoking apartment!<br><br>!!! If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Enquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.<br><br>Bedding (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Complex:<br><br> The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.<br>Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners. <br>All floors in the buildings are easily accessible by lift.<br>The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is wheelchair-accessible and can be safely reached via the resort’s pedestrian zone.<br>On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.<br><br>Leisure activities include, among others:<br> —swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier<br> —water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)<br>- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)<br>- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field towards the beach<br>- Walks along the nearby cliffs<br>- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course <br>- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake<br>- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the holiday park<br> -> Many owners provide an annual pass for their guests. Feel free to ask us about it! <br><br>Doctors & Rehab, Sports<br>The rehab centre, located 300 metres away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.<br><br>Parking<br>There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find short-term parking (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
