Having been hosting visitors for over ten years, we custom-built this three family condos for airbnb in order to maximize the comfort for the stay of our guests. Be among the first to witness what we have done, and have a memorable experience in our place while visiting Boston.
Why they chose this property
Conveniently located in northern somerville bordering Medford, 17 Fremont st is close to Encore Boston Harbor; short drive to Boston, Mass General Hospital , Harvard, MIT, Tufts universities. And has easy access to 93, for fall foliage.
What makes this property unique
Our new renovation resulted in three spacious condos. The unit A is a second floor apartment with two bedrooms, each with cathedral ceilings, bathroom with either shower or tub, and equipped with nightstands and writing desk, and walk-in closets. Large kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave oven, gas range oven and cook tops, coffee maker, toaster, electrical water kettle, and a cooler. We also provided pots and pans, silverware and dishes. Our dining table sits 6 easily. Our living room has 65” TV, indoor fireplace, foldable coffee table, sleeper sofa and leather recliner and ottoman. Big windows and bright ceiling lights enhance the openness of our common space.
