The apartment was very clean. Check in was very easy. Only slight drawback was a lot of people always hanging around the neighborhood. They never bothered anyone and we always felt safe. Close to the train which was convenient for our day trips. Not one problem.

The apartment was situated between Oktoberfest grounds and Marienplatz, so perfect for our stay. We were two couples and found it just right. The apartment was very soundproof. The bakery across the street was very good. The sandwich shop right next door also had delicious take away food.

Great place close the everything!

Excellent stay in Munich! The location was central to the main train station and 15 min walk to Marienplatz All the tours were 10 min or so walking distance away from our apt. The food around the apt was good (excellent Italian, shwarma, and quick local breakfasts). The location on the street could be nicer (lots of trash, hooka bars, and strip clubs) but we always felt safe walking around, even late at night.

Overall this was an excellent vacation stay. The unit is well located near the train station and within walking distance of the old town and main sites. The property manager was located onsite and was extremely helpful. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious and had all the needed amenities.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Only a few blocks from Central station and everything you’d want to see in Munich. Beds were large and very comfortable. Manager was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

For anyone booking and reading reviews in advance, this property manager does not use Vrbo messaging. That said, the manager answered the phone for check in as well as receiving our delayed baggage while we were touring.The unit is clean, matches the listing, and was quiet for our stay. There is a secure door to the busy street. The area is safe although some may not feel comfortable with the dark streets and people out after dark. We walked home many nights and never had any issues. The train station is a short 8 minute walk. Marienplatz is 12 minutes to the gate and 15 to the church square. The Maurer across the street kept us caffeinated and full each morning and there are many small shops selling waters, snacks, and small groceries. A large Lidl and Rossmann are on the closest corner and close at 8pm.
