On 120 m², our Premium Chalet with sauna and whirlpool outside provides ample space for up to 9 people. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and 2 furnished balconies. There are 4 double beds and in addition 1 room features a single bed. Enjoy cozy moments in the sauna.
The kitchen in our Premium Chalet is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.
Highlight: Enjoy the view at the Dachstein from your Premium Chalet. You will be impressed by this stunning nature around the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein!

Es war fast alles super Die nötigsten Utensilien wie Spülmittel, Schwamm, Küchenrolle, Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier bereit stellen. Salz&Pfeffer wie beschrieben war nicht da. Bei so einer schönen Unterkunft wäre das schon angebracht.

Super Urlaub! Tolles Charlet, toller Whirlpool
Super Service! Nachdem wir eine Autopanne hatten und unser Auto in der Werkstatt war konnten wir ohne Probleme später Auschecken. Alle waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Seife und Duschdas hat in den Bädern gefehlt. Ursprünglich wurde gesagt es ist alles vorhanden.

Schönes gut ausgestattetes Chalet mit atemberaubendem Ausblick
Einrichtung, Deko, Liebe zum Detail. Ausstattung der Küche. Großer Gefrierschrank. Tolle Aussicht!!! Backpapier, Zewa haben gefehlt. Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Klopapier waren viel zu wenig (obwohl ich beim Check in noch nachgeordert habe). Whirlpool konnte nicht auf kalt gestellt werden. Whirlpool hatte 40 Grad bei einer Außentemperatur von 30 Grad. Konnten den Whirlpool leider nicht nutzen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, tolles Ambiente
Das Haus und seine schöne Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage mit direktem Einstieg auf die Piste ist super! Die Küche ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten großzügig ausgestattet, der Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Betten waren exzellent, das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf die Piste ist schön hell, die anderen Schlafzimmer fanden wir etwas zu dunkel, aber die anderen Häuser haben an dieser Stelle größere Fenster. Trotz mehrfacher Info (telefonisch und per Mail) konnte Alps Resort nicht dafür sorgen, dass wir einen deutschsprachigen Sender empfangen konnten - meist hat man sich nicht mal zurückgemeldet! Der Besitzer sei Niederländer und da war man nicht vor Ort in der Lage, das Problem zu beseitigen. Alps Resort hat das Problem einfach ausgesessen. Die Nachfrage nach einem Spannbetttuch für ein nicht-bezogenes Bett wurde hingegen zeitnah gebracht. Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppel-Whirl-Pool-Badewanne, was in unseren Augen eine unsinnige Wasserverschwendung ist und ziemlich lange Zeit braucht, die Wanne zu füllen - außerdem gibt es ja auch noch den Jacuzzi. Auch hier finden wir es doch eher bedenklich, dass die Jacuzzis der Anlage 24h beheizt außerhalb des Hauses laufen...in unseren Augen überflüssig, eine Sauna reicht völlig aus. Dieses Haus hatte allerdings auch keine Sauna, sondern eine Infrarotkabine - eine Sauna wäre schöner gewesen, weil die Infrarotkabine lange braucht bis sie warm wird und mehr als 55° C erreicht man nicht. Es gibt keine allgemeine Infomappe für das Haus.
