Your holiday apartment features 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 4 bathrooms (3 of them en suite, one with shower and sauna, hairdryer available), a separate toilet and a furnished terrace with stunning views.



The kitchen in the premium holiday apartment is fully equipped. This means: cutlery and (cooking) crockery are available, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher are included in the equipment, as are toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter machine and Nespresso capsule machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponges, bin bags, cleaning cloth and tea towel is ready for your arrival.

Eine schöne Wohnung direkt an der Piste

Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist etwas isoliert aber für einen Skiurlaub für uns ideal gewesen. Leider ist der Service des Hotels wirklich nicht adäquat. Der Check In ist erst ab 16 Uhr, die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und der Servicegedanke nicht vorhanden und das Restaurant lecker aber vom gleichen Serviceproblem betroffen. Unsere Abendreservierung wurde trotz Bestätigung des Restaurants nicht ins Buchungssystem übernommen, sodass wir mit der ganzen Familie keinen Tisch bekommen haben und umkehren mussten. Am ersten Weihnachtstag wurden unsere Brötchen vergessen und sich auch um keinen Ersatz gekümmert, sodass wir an Weihnachten kein Weihnachtsfrühstück mit der Familie hatten. Bei der Umsetzung der Baulichenmaßnahmen fehlt es ab und zu an Qualität. So sind zB einige Fenster undicht und das Badezimmer nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt. Diese Schiebetür hat Standard-Maße und eine große Öffnung oberhalb der Tür, sodass keine Privatsphäre im Bad gegeben ist. Die Wohnung war schön weihnachtlich dekoriert und gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis haben wir einen Tannenbaum bekommen. SERVICE UND FREUNDLICHKEIT! Bauliche Mängel beseitigen.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Sonntag haben wir bekannt gegeben, dass der Geschirrspüler immer nach kurzer Zeit stoppt - keine halbe Stunde später war schon ein Techniker da und hat alles gerichtet. Leider hatten wir ganze Woche regnerisches Wetter, was man aber gut mit Sauna und Whirlpool überbrücken konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Fernseher machten ein bisschen Probleme, sonst alles wunderbar. Nur eine Klimaanlage wäre dringend empfehlenswert.

Super moderne Einrichtung, voll ausgestattete Küche, einfache Bedienung von Whirlpool und Sauna, Größe der Unterkunft, Parkplatzmöglichkeiten, diverse Gesellschaftsspiele Smart TVs sind heutzutage ein Muss, das war leider bei keinem der 5 Fernseher gegeben, mehr Müllbeutel zur Verfügung stellen und mehr Spülmittel, außerdem Handseife wäre nett

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, hatten ausreichend Platz und die Lage war für uns vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und bemüht. Etwas außerhalb von Schladming und ein wenig oben auf dem Berg. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig und die Möblierung sehr schön gewählt. Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Sowohl in der Wohnung als auch im Treppenhaus. Sonst war es alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Die Sauberkeit.

Fabulous & memorable vacation

We enjoyed our memorable stay early June of this year. This facility @ Hauser Kaibling is out of a picture that someone imagined and created. It overlooks rolling hills and mountain with a fantastic view of sunrise and sunset. Our chalet is equipped with its own sauna, jacuzzi and pool which created magical memories of spending an evening in pool while watching the sunset. In addition, this facility is well situated for trips to Hallstatt and Salzburg with plentiful opportunity for outdoor activities. We liked is so much that we decided to extend our stay! Big thanks to the staff at Challet for extending our stay.

Familienurlaub

Das Appartement war in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die zu verbessern sind. Zum einen war der Whirlpool nicht gereinigt. Es gibt in keinem Badezimmer eine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Im oberen Schlafzimmer tat es der Fernseher nicht. Er wurde auch nicht nach zweimaligem Nachfragen repariert. Des Weiteren ist dieser auch viel zu hoch aufgegangen. Beim duschen steht fast das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser. Ansonsten war es ein tolles Appartement mit einem tollen Ausblick.

Schöne neue Chalets und Häuser

Die Lage der Chalts ist perfekt Einrichtung Ausstattung ist sehr schön Sauna und Jacuzzi prima Konnten eine Nacht länger bleiben zum selben Preis, das war sehr entgegenkommend Genügend Parkplätze Nettes Personal Brötchenservice Handtücher waren sehr "fusselig" weswegen überall die Fussel waren Bettvorläger und Teppiche sind Tierfelle, die nicht optimal gereinigt waren Trotz Anfrage vor Reiseantritt gab es dann keine Bademäntel für uns, weswegen wir den Urlaub ohne verbringen mussten, da auch auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption vor Ort keine aufgetrieben wurden Es war im Appartement etwas kühl und trotz Reklamation wurde es nicht wärmer Rezeption beim Anreisetag etwas überfordert Chalet war beim einchecken nicht fertig - ca. 2 h Verzug...

Die Zimmeraufteilung, die Lage, der Whirlpool und die Grösse vorallem vom Balkon Temperatureinstellung beim Whirlpool war nicht möglich, Topflappen haben gefehlt.
