Near Marina di Ragusa, just a few hundred meters from the mouth of the river Irminio and the Irminio Reserve - known as an observation point for migratory birds from nearby Africa - is this vacation home. The house is located in the middle of a large plot of about 5000 m2, which is partly untouched - according to the regulations of the nature reserve - and partly planted with lawn, stone walls and palm trees. In front of the house there are two other equipped verandas, one of which is covered with a large umbrella and the other with a solid cover. The cottage consists of three bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, a comfortable kitchen and a large room at the entrance furnished as a living room with sofas. Outside under a large cover is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Three additional bathrooms are located by the pool. Marina di Ragusa is a popular seaside resort on the Hyblaean Coast, known for its wide beaches of fine sand and crystal clear waters. The town of Marina di Ragusa is a popular tourist destination, which, in addition to the beaches, offers many typical restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, as well as a modern marina. Besides bathing and nightlife, Marina di Ragusa is located at a strategic point to easily reach the baroque towns such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso within a radius of about 20 km. Catania, Syracuse and Noto, UNESCO World Heritage Site, are within a radius of about 100 km.
