In your spacious “holiday home,” you’ll find plenty of room to relax and unwind—whether in the cosy sauna area or in front of the open fireplace, in the kitchen in the morning with a cup of coffee and the newspaper, or right away in the beach chair in the garden?

Step inside: On the ground floor, you’ll first find the entryway, the fully equipped kitchen, and the guest bathroom. The living room—featuring an open fireplace, a large TV with a game console, a dining area, and access to the south-facing terrace and garden—is also located on the ground floor.
In the basement, a separate room features a sauna, two loungers, and a rather unique shower that invites you to cool off after the heat of the sauna. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement. Our “red room,” featuring an armchair, a tall double bed, and oversized comforters, ensures a cosy night’s sleep on the ground floor. Also on this floor, you’ll find the “bunk room” with a single bed and a 1.40-meter pull-out sofa bed with a high-quality slatted frame, available upon request. The bathroom, featuring a freestanding tub, is right next door. A hair dryer, dressing gowns, and plenty of towels are, of course, provided.
If you’ve booked for more than 4 people, we’d be happy to open up our attic for you. There you’ll find the “Fairy Tale Room” with a 1.40-meter double bed as well as its own toilet and shower room.
All bedrooms are beautifully bright and feature ample storage space; they can be darkened and are not visible from the outside.
Cosiness, attention to detail, and a true sense of well-being—these are important to us and are therefore our top priorities. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen scale, and plenty of dishes.
A large bookshelf filled with all kinds of books across various genres, as well as maps, board games, and party games, is always available for use, along with a Nintendo Wii featuring classic games like Mario Kart, Avatar, and much more—guaranteeing fun for the whole family, no matter the weather.

Start your morning with breakfast on your large, south-facing wooden terrace, enjoy a good book in your beach chair, and end the day with a barbecue at the “Leuchtturm,” our permanent stone grill. The beautifully landscaped garden is not visible from the street. Of course, we’ve also thought of your car—it has its own spot on the property and can even bring along a friend on wheels.

T-Home Entertainment and a large LED TV in the living area, along with the fast, free Wi-Fi network, round out the comfort package. For cosy family evenings, plenty of books and games are available, and the Wii is already set up. Let your gaze wander from the TV to the crackling fireplace and back again. Additional TVs are located in the bunk room and the fairy-tale room.

Our holiday home is located in a very quiet residential area in Alt-Westerland, characterised by bungalows and single-family homes. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet while still leaving your car behind, since Westerland’s town centre (700 m), the kilometer-long sandy beach (1.3 km), the train station (700 m), or one of the many supermarkets (750 m to 1.5 km) are all easily accessible on foot or by bike.
