Nicht zu empfehlen - starker Zigarettenrauchgeruch und mangelnde Sauberkei

Im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs haben wir keine Informationen bzgl. Anreise, Wäschepaket, Check-In usw. erhalten. Erst nach telefonischer Rückfrage am Tag der Anreise erhielten wir dann die entsprechende Mail. Direkt nach Öffnen der Wohnungstüre haben wir festgestellt, dass die gesamte Wohnung ungewöhnlich stark nach Zigarettenrauch riecht. Auch durch permanentes Lüften konnte der Mangel nicht behoben werden. Die Wohnung war zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub aufgrund des unzumutbaren Gestanks und mangelnder Sauberkeit der Wohnung vorzeitig abgebrochen. Nach der Bitte um eine Erstattung hat man uns ein Dokument zugeschickt, das wir unterschreiben sollten. Es wurden uns etwa 20 % des Mietpreises als Rückerstattung angeboten, wenn wir von jeglichen negativen Äußerungen über die Wohnung absehen würden. Darauf sind wir nicht eingegangen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf keinen Fall empfehlen und nur davon abraten, sie für einen Urlaub zu buchen.

Unter aller Sau

Bilder sahen top aus aber der Schein trügt. Das Zimmer war einfach unendlich dreckig. Das Bett war kurzerhand eine „Schlafcouch“ auf der es fast unmöglich war richtig zu schlafen. Kissen und Bettdecke waren ein einziges Stück Watte. Wir haben enorm viel für eine Reinigung bezahlt und ich frage mich wo das Geld hingeht? Weil gereinigt wurde diese Unterkunft seit einer Ewigkeit nicht mehr. Sind enttäuscht, buchen wir nicht erneut!
