Kaputte Bettwäsche, Baukran direkt vor dem Fenster, keine Mikrowelle u. keine Spülmaschine (obwohl lt. Beschreibung vorhanden), stinkende u. somit nicht zu nutzende Handtücher, Spuren von heruntergelaufener Flüssigkeit an den Türen der Küchenschränke, eine Wohnung im 1. OG gebucht aber eine Wohnung im 2. OG bekommen, staubiges Geschirr, Kopfende vom Bett war staubig bei Ankunft, ein Balkon, der lt. Beschreibung zum Verweilen einlädt, sollte auch über Sitzmöbel und entsprechend Platz verfügen, was nicht der Fall war, Handlauf im Hausflur im Eingangsbereich kaputt / lose, allg. Zustand des Hausflurs eher dreckig, lt. Beschreibung verfügt die Wohnung über eine Badewannendusche; es gibt aber "nur" eine Dusche u. hier muss man beim Duschen aufpassen, dass nicht das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft, da nur Duschvorhang, lt. einer Online-Bewertung verfügt das Haus über einen Aufzug, dies ist nicht der Fall.

Eine super gute Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser in der 3. Etage mit Fahrstuhl. Reichlich Platz für 4-5 Personen mit allem was man zum wohnen braucht. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das fehlende Internet.

Neu renovierte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, was man direkt sieht. Allerdings war hier und da die Sauberkeit nicht perfekt.(Baustaub) Auch die Angaben was vorhanden ist, etwas dürftig. Und die Nachbarn sind auch sehr deutlich zu hören, was den etwas teuren Preis nicht rechtfertigt. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, nur bei den Bedingungen etwas teuer. Liegt aber bestimmt auch mit daran, dass die Wohnung erst kurz vorher bezugsfertig gestellt wurde.
