This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and has been refreshed to provide a relaxing, easy, and enjoyable experience. All bedrooms feature queen beds for added comfort, plus a bunk room that’s perfect for kids or extra guests.

Stay cool during the warmer months with brand new window A/C units added this year, and enjoy plenty of seating throughout the home for gathering, dining, and unwinding together.

Step outside and enjoy true lakefront living with your own private dock—ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful views. The Boat Launch is conveniently located right next door, making it easy to bring or rent a boat and enjoy everything Fairview Lake has to offer.

Fairview Lake is one of the areas best fresh water glacier lakes and is known for it's great fishing. At just under 200 acres, this lake provides perfect access for your boat (boat launch is right next door) or rent a boat from a nearby marina. They will deliver a boat to the property for your stay. You can tube, water ski and fish.

Walk to the Coutts Blueberry Farm—perfect for seasonal picking and fresh treats
Palmyra Township Park & Playground is across the street and features pickleball courts, ball fields, play grounds, open space, and family-friendly feel.
A short drive to Lake Wallenpaupack, local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities

PARKING is available for up to 4 cars including boat trailers.

7 DAY GUESTS are allowed and strictly enforced. This will make a total of 17 guests during the day (if you have 10 guests staying overnight). All guests including day guests will need to be listed on the Reservation Form when completed.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by lockbox. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: linen closet in main floor bathroom and two closets in the basement.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

WHO WE ARE
This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

LAKE INFO
Swimming/Floating - Absolutely
Boating - Fairview Lake is a motor boat friendly lake. Waterski, jet ski, sail, fish and swim
Lake Levels do not fluctuate. Dock is stationary, not floating.
Docks are seasonal and will not be in before Memorial Day weekend but you can bring a fishing boat and launch for the day. They will come out around Labor Day.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behind
NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.

If you prefer a sandy beach with swim area and lifeguards, the Palmyra Township Public Beach is a sandy beach. You do have to pay for entry.
- is located on the northeast section of the lake and is home to numerous picnic spaces and pretty waterfront views, and it’s the perfect family-friendly destination. Beachgoers can swim in this lake’s tranquil waters from the park’s access points while enjoying the sun on its sandy shores. Lifeguards on duty, snack bar, volleyball, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and bathroom/changing facilities.
