Superb villa

Spacious villa that is even better than the photos. Quiet residential area but everything you could want within walking distance. Kitchen has all the utensils needed and more. Nice size pool that was just about warm enough in December and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. No complaints. Communications with both Ellen and Yannick were excellent.Would definitely return.

Relaxing sunny break

The property was exactly as described . It was comfortable, large and had excellent amenities. The little separate annexe with a room was really nice too . The villa is situated in a quiet street. The walk into town / beach is about 20 minutes which was perfect .

Lovely villa

Great location if you want it a bit quieter which we do and it’s only a 15 minute walk to Fanabe beach, restaurants and bars. Very well equipped with everything you need. Sparkling pool. I recommend ‘George’s’ for a very local meal. They do the usual steak, pizza etc but they also serve a great Chinese meal with an extensive menu. There is a large supermarket within walking distance so it’s very convenient.

Even better than the photos!

We spent a week in this VRBO and the location and property were even better than we could have imagined. We were six adults and it was perfect. Checking in was straightforward, and the communication was great (especially if you speak French since that is what the owner speaks but the property manager speaks English). It's in a quiet neighbourhood and a bit of a hike to the beach but I'd recommend renting a car anyway to see the rest of the island. It was very clean and had everything you need (we did have to buy our own shampoo, hand and laundry soap etc). We were lucky to have nice weather in December and were in the pool every day! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great villa offering everything you could require.

We travelled in a family party made up of 3 generations - 4 adults, 2 children & a baby. All contact prior to our stay was quick and easy, and the arrival arrangements were simple. The villa is delightful with an excellent outside area with pool. The layout of the villa suited us particularly well with 2 bedrooms in the main building with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom and separate w.c. and then the annexe comprising of 1 large bedroom with shower room. The outside space is really good and well equipped with appropriate furniture and the pool was the perfect size for our family. Ellen was our contact in resort, we met her just once during our stay and made phone contact to confirm arrangements a couple of times, she was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. We knew the location of the villa when we made the booking as we visit Tenerife quite often, it was ideal for us being in a quiet area, close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the beach. It may not be ideal for everyone because it is uphill from the beachfront but we felt it was a compromise worth making to take advantage of everything the villa had to offer. There is plenty of parking space directly outside the villa which was useful as we did hire a car for the duration of the stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Das Haus war einfach perfekt, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, extra Gästeklo, Küche super ausgestattet, Aussenküche… ich wüsste nicht, was gefehlt hat. Lage auch top und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kommen definitiv wieder! :-)

BELLE VILLA, BON EMPLACEMENT

Belle villa: correspond parfaitement à la description. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine est très agréable et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Bon emplacement : commerces a proximité. Il y a des restaurants pour le dejeuner et/ou diner. Mais également un centre commercial. Vous trouverez aussi une station essence. Bon accueil: Merci Ellen. Elle a toujours été réactive à nos messages pendant le séjour. Prévoir une location de voiture pour se déplacer sur l'île. Les enfants et nous-mêmes avons adorés. Je recommande +++

Einfach top

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend/Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich. Kontakt vor Ort hat super geklappt alles locker und top. Der Pool und der Garten sind grosszügig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle in der Nähe. Aussengrill war perfekt. Parkplatz immer vorhanden. Haben die 2 Wochen über Silvester sehr genossen. Buchen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Wien

No es lo que parece

Lo primero decir que Ellen la persona que se encarga De la Villa cuando llegas,es maravillosa ayuda en todo. La casa cuenta con aparatos de aire acondicionado que no se pueden usar por que el propietario no quiere. Un gesto muy feo cuando hace temperaturas de más de 35°. Tiene ventiladores rotos,Ellen nos trajo uno nuevo bastante mejor para el salón. Decir que no tiene 6 baños. No tiene SPA como pone en el anuncio LA PISCINA NO ES CLIMATIZADA ES MENTIRA Me gustaría poder disponer de 2 juegos de toallas y no solo de 1,al igual que las sábanas. Por lo demás la casa es cómoda y cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios. Una vez más gracias Ellen por todo. No volvería a esta villa,por qué no corresponde con las cosas que ponen en su anuncio. La limpieza de la casa es de 10 gracias a Ellen.

Villa superbe, fonctionnelle et bien située.

Nous avons passé quinze jours fabuleux. Helen nous a très bien accueillis et la villa est simplement parfaite: propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et très calme. Nous avons apprécié sa situation, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du bord de mer qui, néanmoins est accessible sans problème à pied. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Mooi huisje

Mooi en praktisch huisje. Wel hebben we dadelijk alle lakens moeten wassen, want die waren alles behalve fris. Zwembad niet echt verwarmd, enkel de cover zorgt voor wat opwarming. Airco afstandsbediening niet beschikbaar zodat we die niet konden gebruiken. Zonnescherm aan terras kapot. We hebben dit gemeld, en hiervoor werd wel spoedig een oplossing geboden, ze hebben dan een parasol met staander gebracht, waardoor we toch nog op het terras konden zitten. De lokatie is goed, wel aangeraden om een auto te hebben, want de wandeling naar het centrum is goed te doen, maar bij terug komen bergop en wanneer het in het najaar vlugger donker is, niet zo aangenaam. Supermarkt en enkele restaurantjes wel in de korte nabijheid, zodat die dan een alternatief kunnen zijn voor het centrum.
