Ahoy in Norddeich and welcome aboard
Perfect for your holiday: The approximately 60-square-meter AHOI holiday apartment, located right on the harbour in Norddeich. The large terrace is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
The holiday vibe sets in the moment you step into this beautifully landscaped and comfortable complex. Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday or a short getaway with the family.
Built in 2015, the holiday rental features elegant furnishings in light and warm colours.
The master bedroom, with a flat-screen TV, spacious closet, and a wonderful bed, offers the best conditions for a truly restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a PlayStation: relaxation and action—whatever you prefer.
The family loves to gather in the spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired—whether to play, relax, or simply cook together.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. The underfloor heating ensures a cosy feeling in the morning.
The kitchen offers everything a cook’s heart desires. It should be at least as good as at home—even when cooking on holiday.
From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious terrace—where there’s room for four: For breakfast and relaxation.
For our younger guests, a free high chair, a portable travel cot, and a handcart are available. And anyway: there’s no chance of getting bored! In case of bad weather, a selection of books, board games, and films is at your disposal.
In addition, the Ahoi features a spacious outdoor storage room. Here you can, for example, store your bicycles safely and keep them dry. A power outlet for charging e-bikes is also available.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge, and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Leider ist die Woh...

Leider ist die Wohnung nicht barierefrei für junge Familien ist es okay aber nicht für ältere Menschen die terrasse mit den hohen mauern erinnert eher an einen Gefängnis hof die beiden Plastik Pflanzen bringen auch keine Urlaubsgefühle und ich wollte nicht wissen aus welchem Glas eine Vormieterin mit roten Lippenstift ihre Getränke zu sich genommen hat der banhof der unüberhörbar in der Nähe ist stört nur manchmal

Leider war an allen 3 Tagen kein Fernsehempfang möglich. Die Kommunikation der Vermietung liess zu Wünschen übrig trotz versprochener Info des Küstenbüros. Allgemeine Infos wie Arzt Apotheken für den Notfall fehlten leider ganz.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und unsere zwei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung Ahoi. Platz war ausreichend, alles was man so braucht in der Wohnung (Küchenausstattung, Spiele, TV,...) um sich wohl zu fühlen war es noch dazu sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Lage fanden wir Top Bäcker, Restaurants, Fahrradverleih und vor allem der Strand alles mir kurzem Fussweg erreichbar. Wenn man doch mal weiter weg will steht das Auto sicher vor der Tür. Fanden den Urlaub Top kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Eine wunderschöne helle Ferienwohnung genau hinterm Deich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir fahren sehr gerne wieder hin!

Traumurlaub

Wir waren schon öfter in dieser super schönen Wohnung. Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wir konnten zu Fuß alles erreichen, die Fähre nach Norderney, den Strand, den Bäcker.... Einfach perfekt und deswegen kommen wir auch sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Ein wenig umständlich ist die Schlüsselfindung, wenn man die Örtlichkeiten noch nicht kennt. Eine persönliche Übergabe wäre da hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist hell und offen, was ich persönlich wichtig finde. Mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet, was man als Kurzurlaubsmieter benötigt. Mit meiner demenzkranken und bewegungseingeschränkten Mutter unterwegs, ist es wichtig, dass alles ebenerdig ist. Wohnung und Dusche waren es. Die könnte etwas größer sein. Die Aufteilung der Räume sind gut. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, für zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, was auch für die Matratzen und die Betten gilt. Was ich positiv hervorheben möchte. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Die Dortmunder

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Kurze Entfernungen zum nächsten Bäcker und zum Fährhafen (Norderney und Juist). Ebenfalls sind mehrere Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
