The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and features excellent insulation. The 8 large electric Velux skylights with electric exterior shutters ensure that the rooms are flooded with light, while also providing a very pleasant indoor climate with rapid air circulation.
Throughout the living area, great emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship: the walls were finished with lime plaster, the cherry wood parquet flooring was oiled, and the furniture in the kitchen and bedroom was handcrafted by a carpenter.
The bathroom, too, has been tastefully designed and equipped with everything one would expect in a modern, luxurious bathroom. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is every bit as impressive. Custom-made kitchen cabinets by a carpenter, featuring high-gloss lacquered fronts and a granite worktop, round out the experience in this holiday rental.

On-site Costs: Rental Terms Minimum Stay: 3 nights Deposit: 20% of the rental price upon booking Final Payment: 4 weeks before arrival Check-in: from approx. 3:00 PM Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m. For bookings of at least 2 weeks, the holiday rental is cleaned once a week. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the living area. Payment options: Bank transfer. Once full payment has been received, you will be provided with the code for the key safe in the entryway. Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive, please notify us in writing if possible. We will then first attempt to rent the holiday rental to someone else so that you do not incur any cancellation fees. If we are unable to do so, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee. You may cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before your arrival. For cancellations made after that, we charge 50% of the booked stay up to 1 week before arrival, and 80% for cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel, we reserve the right to charge 100%. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
