The house was newly built in 2017/2018. The apartment measures approximately 95 m2. It is wheelchair-accessible and easily reached by lift. It features two bedrooms and a large living, dining, and kitchen area. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet. All rooms, except the bathroom, are finished with hand-planed, oiled oak parquet flooring, which creates a pleasant indoor atmosphere. During the summer months, you can enjoy your first morning coffee or your last glass of wine in the evening while relaxing on the large balcony overlooking Lake Brombach or on the spacious terrace with a view of the countryside. The apartment is new, fully equipped, modern, cosy, and functionally furnished so that you’ll feel right at home. Bed linens and towels are provided. Upon request, a travel cot with an additional mattress and bedding can be provided. Guests have access to a reserved parking space on the property. Insiders call the Franconian Lake District the “Franconian Adriatic” because of its long sandy beaches and coves. Some are accessible only by water. Ramsberg is a hamlet of Pleinfeld and is located directly on the southern shore of the large Brombachsee. It’s about 400 metres to the long sandy beach with a large sunbathing area and about 700 metres to the sailing harbour. The sailing harbour is Germany’s largest inland sailing harbour, with approximately 600 berths in the water and approximately 150 on land. There are countless recreational opportunities, both in and on the water as well as on land. Bicycles, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, and more can be rented on-site from a local provider for a fee. Additional information brochures are available in the apartment. The town has a bakery as well as restaurants offering regional and national cuisine. Ramsberg has its own train station; additional train connections and transfer options are available from Pleinfeld, Weißenburg, or Gunzenhausen to destinations such as Nuremberg, Augsburg, Eichstätt, Ingolstadt, …Nuremberg (Trade Fair) is about a 35- to 45-minute drive away. Thanks to its location, Ramsberg on Lake Brombach is worth a visit even during the fall and winter months—it’s the perfect place to escape the stress of city life and recharge your batteries. A wallbox for charging your electric vehicle (fee based on usage) is available at the accommodation. You will receive your reservation confirmation and payment details from me in a separate email. For last-minute bookings, no deposit is required. A 25% deposit is due via bank transfer. The balance is due via bank transfer approximately 7 to 10 days before arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Cancellation: Guests who cancel at least 14 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount, up to the amount of the deposit paid. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. Check-in is available at any time via self-check-in starting at 2:00 PM. You will receive check-in instructions about one week before arrival. Your dog is welcome for an additional fee. A cot is provided at no extra charge.
