On the ground floor, there is a guest bathroom and an open-concept kitchen area with high-quality built-in appliances, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and oven. Adjacent to this is the living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and sound system, offering direct access to the patio and garden. The south-facing sun terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture and a beach chair (seasonal), invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. A staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the cosy bedroom, naturally featuring a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), high-quality built-in furnishings, and a flat-screen TV. On this level, there is a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower and a washing machine. One parking space is available at the holiday home. The fantastic location combines peace and privacy while still being wonderfully central.
