A passageway leads to the fully equipped, separate kitchen as well as to a double bedroom with built-in closets and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is the spacious living and dining area, featuring a large dining table and high-quality custom-built furniture. You can end the day cosily and comfortably by the open fireplace with a glass of wine. From the living area, you also have access to the sheltered, covered terrace with its own east/south-facing garden. Thanks to the open layout of the surrounding buildings, you’ll enjoy morning sun here and can make yourself comfortable at the large garden table with the whole family. The beach chair next to it invites you to sunbathe or take a nap. Here, too, you’ll find an open fireplace that you can stoke with wood, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor seating area for a long time, even on slightly cooler evenings. The east wing of the holiday home features a double bedroom (which connects to a single bedroom) with a flat-screen TV, another bedroom with a single bed, and ample storage space in a built-in wall unit. The basement features a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A parking space is available next to the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home.
