This 2-room apartment (1st floor, approx. 52 square metres), located right near the beach, is situated in the Margaretheneck apartment building, which has twelve units. The apartment features a living/dining area, partially refurnished—including a new sofa (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi)—with an adjoining, high-quality built-in kitchen and a south-facing balcony offering a view of the dunes. The bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the bathroom with shower and toilet are also attractively designed. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building. The holiday rental is located right near the beach in the city centre. From there, you can easily walk to numerous shops, stores, restaurants, and much more to make your holiday enjoyable. A parking space is available for you in the underground garage with a double-parking system. Please note that this space is not suitable for large cars (max. height 1.5 m, max. length 4.8 m, max. width 1.9 m). A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior notice (€10 per pet per day).
