Please note, This property has a separate unit in this duplex with its own entrance, enclosed yard and is fully private that connects to the home, this unit is available for rental with the home if the availability dates aline.

Pet Policy: Pets welcome! Fenced yard with dog run. $150 pet fee per pet or $300 total. We ask that you clean up after your pets, keep them off furniture, and avoid them going upstairs on the carpet. There is one bedroom downstairs.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking allowed outdoors only.

Utility Cap: $600/month; overages billed separately for longer stays.
