The host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything was as stated and it was perfect for my need, a bed and a shower. The location was just a few minutes from my friend's house and very close to the water and downtown.

They need to up date kitchen utensils and pots etc . Was not cottage was 3 plex. In terrible section of town neighbors had ankle brackets on. Cockroaches I. Place smoke permeated the whole place even when spat used left early as not what expected. No place really for dog to go . Filter hadn’t been changed in 1 1/2 months and with the smoke deal it was bad. Needed to have restaurant menus around nap of area things to do etc nothing. So was very disappointed and figured for over 900 it would have been much better!

Im sorry sir, you seemed to be disgruntled from even before you arrived. We tried to accommodate for every complaint you made in a timely fashion and nothing seemed to be good enough. This has never happened before and I think every single other review and high rating speaks for itself. Our neighbors are lovely, quiet people, and the neighborhood is safe and mostly full of folks living there for years. I’m sorry you didn’t get the refund you were looking for to have a free stay. We provided you a gift card towards a local restaurant for the inconvenience of not figuring out the modern pots with detachable handle system on your first night , which we came in person to show you . In regards to the perhaps palmetto bug/s you said to have found , all I can say is that is always possible, after all we’re in Florida, but we do spray and check regularly and it has NEVER before been an issue. Finally, there is a “no smoking” on premise rule, and if someone prior to you violated that, that’s also possible , but I can assure you the cleaning crew is on top of cleaning the apartment thoroughly, in between each visit .
