The country house has been completely restored in the original Mallorcan style and the original stonework has been exposed throughout the façade. It is marés stone, a traditional golden colored stone used in the construction of the Cathedral of Mallorca, churches and other important buildings. The interior has been painted with lime paint, an ecological and traditional material for Majorcan construction.
