Our cosy holiday apartment with a covered balcony is ideal for a wonderful holiday. Welcome to the “Holiday Residenz I” on Borkum, just a few minutes by bike from the popular promenade and the beautiful beach!

You’ll find a comfortable living area with a sofa corner, Smart TV, and video-on-demand, as well as sleeping arrangements for three people and an integrated kitchenette with a dining area. The lovingly decorated interior and a picturesque view of the lighthouse make this holiday rental your personal oasis of well-being on Borkum. Enjoy the warm sunshine and fresh North Sea air on the furnished balcony—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing to your heart’s content.

For convenient self-catering during your holiday, the kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Various small appliances are also available, such as a drip coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. But you can also treat yourself to some wonderful culinary delights: On Borkum, numerous restaurants serve delicious North Sea dishes. You can get fresh breakfast rolls at the bakery right across the street.

For sleeping, there is a high-quality, very comfortable fold-down bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), which can be easily folded up during the day if needed. The apartment also features a solidly built loft bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). This serves as both a sleeping area and a playhouse, making it an unforgettable highlight for our younger guests.

The modern bathroom offers wonderful relaxation with a rain shower, attractive accessories, and a heated towel rack.

A foldable handcart is available for your use. A cot, a high chair, and some children’s toys are also part of the standard furnishings in this family-friendly holiday rental.

All guests of the property have access to a table tennis room and a playroom with a playhouse, mats, and a small slide.

General Information: A washing machine and dryer (shared) are available in the building for your laundry needs. Parking spaces for your car are available in front of the building. There is a separate storage area for bicycles and a charging station for e-bikes.
You are welcome to bring your small pet for a fee of €7 per day (please enquire in advance!).

Enjoy the best time of the year on the island of Borkum—with refreshing North Sea air, the glistening waves, and 100% relaxation! “Holiday Residenz I” offers the perfect setting for a restful holiday. For leisure activities, the building features a ping-pong table and a playroom with a playhouse, mats, and a small slide.

The holiday apartments are located in the “Holiday Residenz I” complex. It’s centrally located on Richthofenstraße, yet quiet and not right in the heart of town. In the town centre itself (800 m away), small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to take a leisurely stroll. After 1.5 km (a 6-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the beautiful sandy beach and the boardwalk. From the complex, you can take wonderful, relaxing walks and bike rides through Borkum’s natural surroundings.

From the ferry terminal, the narrow-gauge train runs all the way to the town centre. From there, the apartments are still about 950 m away. Upon your arrival, taxis are available to take you and your luggage to your holiday rental. The complex is easily accessible by car and offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles right in front of the building. In front of the complex is the Nabrotzky Island Bakery—perfect for fresh breakfast rolls. Free e-bike charging stations are available for holiday guests in the garage next to the bakery.
