In our cosy "Catharina" holiday rental on Borkum, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay right by the sea! <br><br>Spanning 44 m², the apartment features a living/sleeping area, a separate children’s room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. Cosy furnishings and designer flooring ensure a pleasant living experience.<br><br>Its proximity to the beach guarantees a short walk to plenty of swimming fun. You can even see the North Sea (to the side) from the apartment! This holiday rental on Borkum features a beautiful covered balcony—the perfect spot to relax!<br><br>The living area is divided into a sleeping area (two single beds) and a living area with a couch corner and dining table. For relaxing moments with the family, a TV, a hi-fi system with a docking station, and a CD player are available. A selection of CDs is provided.<br><br>We prioritise creating a family-friendly environment where you’ll feel right at home! As part of the standard amenities in this Borkum holiday rental, you’ll find children’s toys, a high chair, a cot, and a children’s room with bunk beds. The electrical sockets in the apartment are childproofed.<br><br>The separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave with oven function, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
