The result: an apartment furnished with lots of love and creativity, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing holiday by the sea—any time of year!<br><br>The apartment is located on the second floor of the “Appartement-Haus Regina,” measures approximately 45 m², and features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.<br><br>The living/dining room is bright and inviting, featuring a cosy couch that can also be converted into a comfortable double bed. A 40-inch TV with a swivel wall mount and a modern hi-fi system with Bluetooth functionality complement the living room’s contemporary decor. The room can be darkened for sleeping.<br><br>The beautiful sandy beach of Borkum is practically right outside your door! So after your holiday breakfast, you can head straight out for a sunny day at the beach! <br>Or you can soak up the sun “at home”: the apartment features a lovely south-facing balcony overlooking the garden—perfect for wonderful hours of relaxation! The standard furnishings include four balcony chairs with cushions and a small table. Additionally, the “Appartement-Haus Regina” features a large communal garden. There’s even a sandpit here for your little ones to play in.<br><br>A well-equipped kitchenette (including a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, etc.) allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your Borkum holiday!<br><br>The separate bedroom in the Borkum holiday rental is furnished with a comfortable double bed featuring two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and a height-adjustable slatted frame. In addition, the bedroom features another 40-inch TV with a swivel wall mount directly across from the bed, as well as ample storage space in closets and a chest of drawers, armchairs, and a small table in front of the window facing Viktoriastraße, a luggage bench, and blackout curtains.<br><br>The bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with, among other things, a shower with an overhead and handheld showerhead, a modern worktop sink with a vanity cabinet, and an illuminated mirror. A pull-out cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are also part of the standard furnishings. <br><br>You’ll have free Wi-Fi in the holiday rental!<br><br>General Information: Standard furnishings include a foldable clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, a high chair, and a travel cot. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement (for a small fee), as are an iron and ironing board. Bicycle storage is provided.<br><br>Please understand that dogs are unfortunately not permitted in our holiday rental.
