In our holiday rental with a south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun, the beach, and the fresh North Sea air!<br><br>The Borkum holiday rental features a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.<br><br>You can already see the North Sea from the balcony while you’re having breakfast! That gets you in the mood for your day of holiday: sunbathing on the beach, bike rides across the island, or a trip to the lively town centre—plenty of relaxing activities await you on Borkum! Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the balcony guarantees wonderfully relaxing hours in the sun. It’s furnished with two chairs and a folding table.<br><br>The separate bedroom in the Borkum holiday rental is equipped with a bunk bed and a spacious closet and is often used as a children’s bedroom. Sleeping arrangements for two additional guests are provided by the sleeping area in the living room. Here you’ll find a comfortable fold-out bed that can be separated from the living room by a curtain.<br><br>The living room also features a dining area and a cosy sofa corner. With modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system (radio, CD, Bluetooth interface for playing music from a smartphone, and USB port), you can really make yourself at home. Board games are available for game nights with friends.<br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee maker, egg boiler, electric kettle, toaster). Salt, pepper, and a few other basic spices, as well as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a corkscrew, etc., are also provided.<br><br>The bathroom in the holiday rental features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The bathroom also includes a mirror cabinet and a towel warmer. A hair dryer is located in the wall cabinet and is available for your use.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available in the Borkum holiday rental—of course, at no charge.<br><br>Notes: In the storage room, you’ll find common cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a beach net (behind the vacuum cleaner). A clothes dryer is also available. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options.
