Just 50 metres away, you’ll find the fine sandy beach and the promenade, perfect for lovely walks. There are also many shopping options, cafés, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where you can let the sun shine on your face while enjoying a delicious cup of tea and the ocean view. A wide variety of recreational activities—such as the surf school, the tennis centre, and the popular seawater recreational pool—are just a few minutes’ walk away. Feel free to take our handcart (in the storage room) with you on any of your outings!

With its 54 m², Apartment 12 offers plenty of space for up to four people. It’s fully equipped with high-quality, modern amenities, so you’ll feel right at home from the start.

You can also relax wonderfully in the apartment’s own beach chair on Wangerooge’s public beach, which is available to you free of charge as a guest of Apartment 12 from May 1 through October 15.

The spacious living area features a comfortable pull-out couch and an armchair—perfect for enjoying a cosy film night! The striking flat-screen TV is also equipped with a Bose soundbar, to which you can easily connect your smartphone via Bluetooth or AUX—for the perfect soundtrack to a cosy get-together!

The modern decor continues into the apartment’s separate bedroom. It features a large, high-quality box-spring bed for two people and a spacious closet, which makes even longer stays in our Apartment No. 12 comfortable. The large window lets in plenty of natural light and offers a beautiful view of the outdoors. Of course, blackout curtains are available.

The kitchen is also modern and fully equipped, so you can easily prepare your own meals while on the island. The modern built-in kitchen features, among other things, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a coffee/espresso machine, a SodaStream, and a kettle, and is equipped with high-quality dishes. So there are no limits to what you can prepare when cooking your favourite dishes for shared meals.

However, if you’d like to treat yourself to a culinary experience, there are numerous highly recommended restaurants in the immediate vicinity. On the ground floor of “Villa Drees,” for example, an excellent restaurant serves Italian delicacies and a variety of ice cream flavours. Insider tip: If you’re already relaxing on the balcony with a drink of your choice and don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can comfortably order something to eat from the Italian restaurant on the ground floor—it will be delivered right to your door.
