Lake Paradise sits right over the lake water. You can look directly out to the water when you wake up each morning before having coffee in your Private Master Suite’s Screened in Porch. Only 15 Minutes from the admired destination of Downtown Greenville. 25 mile drive to the Clemson Stadium for football games. Only a few miles away is the local charming town of Easley which has all of the amenities you could desire if you want to stay close by. Exquisite furnishings for the perfect Lake Paradise experience.
Front door access from pathway where you have private parking for 4 cars. Second bedroom has it’s own entrance and short pathway right to the lake. Master Bedroom has its own screened in porch with access to go directly down to the lake. The kitchen and sun lounge both have access to go down to the lake. The entire back side of the house looks directly over the lake.
We will not bother you during your stay. Offering a 2 hour response time if our guests need anything. You can call us if you have any issues or questions while enjoying Lake Paradise.
Very quiet little street that ends at the lake. 15 minutes to Greenville, Sc. There are homes on both sides of Lake Paradise but I assure you that you will feel secluded and have privacy during your stay.
Pets are available upon request with an additional pet fee. You must pay for your pet before arrival or your reservation is at risk of cancellation at any time.
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are required for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before fines or eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. We love for others to gather, but we do require an advance notice and approval. If you host without notifying us your reservation is at risk of cancellation at any time due to not following house rules.
PARKING
No more than 3-4 cars allowed to park at the driveway in front of the home. If you need additional parking you must reach out to us in advance.
TRASH
All trash must be bagged. We offer complementary trash pickup. Please do not hesitate anytime.
NO LOCKED CLOSETS
Guests will not have access to locked owner`s closets or basement at any time.
NO SMOKING
We do not allow smoking inside or on the property at anytime. No illegal substances on the property at anytime. If you wish to smoke you must be more than 20 feet away from the property (not allowed on the deck anytime). If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged large fines. No weapons on the property at any time.
PET RULES
You must receive owner approval before bringing pets to the property and have paid required pet fee prior to arrival. You must receive owner approval to have more than 2 pets (dogs) on the property. NO CATS ALLOWED ANYTIME. Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fine. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Feel free to leave your dog off the lease around the house, but please be mindful to not let into the neighbors yard and keep them on a leash when walking through the nearby neighborhood.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate it if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag trash and leave in outdoor or indoor bins for pickup
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to bag for professional laundry service (please do not take off the pillow protectors or mattress protectors)
