Two bedrooms and three bathrooms ensure that your daily vacation routine remains pleasantly relaxed; in addition, the property is comfortably equipped for your everyday needs. The location is a real highlight: The sea is only about 900 to 1,000 meters away, making the beach easily accessible, and shopping and restaurants are also within a short distance (approx. 1,200 m and 1,000 m, respectively). This allows you to plan your day flexibly—from your first walk along the water to a spontaneous visit to the town of Nebel.<br><br>Inside, a modern, family-friendly floor plan awaits you across a total of 3 floors. The living room invites you to relax with its sofa area, armchairs, and a comfortable seating area, while you can enjoy entertainment at any time thanks to a total of three TVs and digital satellite service. Wi-Fi is also available. A fireplace or stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days, and heating and hot water are, of course, provided.
