The holiday home at Smäswai 10 in Nebel is centrally located in the village. This island home has been completely renovated, featuring new bathrooms and a high-end kitchen. It is comfortably furnished with great attention to detail.

The “Luv” half of the house, complete with a storage shed, offers plenty of space for the whole family or a holiday with friends. Spread over two floors, you’ll find four bedrooms, a separate bathroom, two bathrooms with showers, a large living room with its own terrace, a lounge, a lovely kitchen-diner with a wine refrigerator and access to the terrace, and an additional tea/pantry kitchen.

A garden with sunny and shaded areas and a beach chair on a 1,700 m² lot, plus a handcart for the walk to the beach. Parking spaces for bicycles and a car next to the house.

We offer our guests a number of extras, such as free use of the new Amrum Fitness Centre in Norddorf, including the sauna and all classes offered except for personal training. Use of this facility is subject to COVID-19 restrictions
and cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Grilling is fun any time of year: On the spacious property, you’ll find a fireplace grill with seating, or you can cook together in our fully equipped kitchen. Picnic on the beach? Transport your food and drinks using our on-site handcart. Sun worshippers: Our beach chairs are available for your use in the garden.

Two Type 2 charging stations from Compleo Connect Charging, each with a capacity of 22 kW, are located approximately 140 metres from the house.

. Located almost right in the centre yet still quiet, “Smäswai 10” is a great place to stay for a family holiday or a multigenerational getaway. The holiday home, consisting of two 4-star units, is centrally located yet very quiet on a side street near the centre of Nebel. Each unit has one or more terraces with complete furnishings, including a beach chair. You can store your bicycles in the back garden area. There you’ll also find a handcart for your trips to the beach. The garden grill is available for shared use.
